These general terms are for review. Event-specific eligibility, safety, cancellation and refund conditions must be confirmed by ONEX before paid registration opens.

Registration and payment

Provide accurate rider and contact details. The group leader must have all four riders’ permission to submit their details and manage the group’s payment. Displayed group fees cover four riders.

Submitting details or uploading proof does not confirm a place. ONEX confirms registration after checking the actual payment. Save your reference and private status link.

Payment submission and review

Complete your rider details, payment and proof upload in the same registration flow. BIO MTB does not use a 24-hour upload countdown. Saved details alone do not reserve a place; submitted payment proof enters organiser review, subject to available rider quota.

ONEX may request corrections or reject a registration with a reason. Contact ONEX if payment or proof upload fails, or if you already paid and need help. Use only the published official payment details.

Cancellation and event arrangements

The event’s cancellation, transfer and refund policy has not yet been published. Do not assume a refund entitlement or a no-refund rule from these draft terms. ONEX must publish the applicable policy before accepting real payments. Rejection does not automatically process a refund.

Website access

Keep private registration links confidential. Do not submit false payment proof or access other participants’ information. Test registrations and test receipts do not reserve an actual event place or confirm payment.
